We are looking for a versatile Graphic Designer / Center Associate to join our team. This role blends customer service, design, and print production, making it perfect for someone who enjoys helping people while using their creativity.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service at the counter, by phone, and via email.
• Consult with customers on printing and graphic design projects (logos, business cards, flyers, posters, banners, etc.).
• Create and edit designs using Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar tools.
• Operate digital printing, binding, laminating, and finishing equipment.
• Assist with packaging, shipping, mailbox rentals, and retail transactions.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional store environment.
• Accurately process payments and follow all company procedures.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) or similar programs.
• Strong design portfolio (can be student, freelance, or professional work).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and organized with the ability to multitask.
• Customer service or retail experience preferred.
• Print production knowledge a plus, but training is available.
