Overview
We are seeking a talented and innovative Graphic Designer/Chief Marketer to lead our visual branding and marketing initiatives. This role combines creative design expertise with strategic marketing skills to elevate our brand presence across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital art, visual design, and marketing strategies, with proficiency in industry-standard tools and technologies. Duties
- Develop and execute compelling visual concepts for branding, advertising, and digital campaigns using tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Sketch, and CorelDRAW
- Design logos, motion graphics, illustrations, and production designs that align with brand identity and marketing goals
- Create engaging content for web and print media, including layout design, typesetting, and sign manufacturing
- Manage website content using WordPress and content management systems; implement updates with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and web design best practices
- Produce high-quality digital art, photo manipulation, photo editing, and video editing using Adobe Photoshop, After Effects, and InVision
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop branding strategies that enhance brand recognition and customer engagement
- Oversee color management, typography, color theory, and visual design principles to ensure consistency across all media
- Lead art direction for marketing campaigns; coordinate with vendors for print advertising and sign manufacturing projects
- Present creative concepts clearly through presentations; utilize presentation skills to communicate ideas effectively to stakeholders
Qualifications
- Proven experience in graphic design, digital art, UI/UX design, or related fields; portfolio showcasing a range of projects including branding, motion graphics, web design, and print media
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), After Effects, InVision, Figma, Sketch, CorelDRAW
- Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript; experience with WordPress or other CMS platforms is preferred
- Excellent illustration skills along with expertise in typography and layout design
- Understanding of color management and color theory principles for digital and print media
- Experience in marketing strategy development; ability to integrate visual design with marketing objectives
- Strong presentation skills; ability to articulate creative ideas clearly to diverse audiences
- Knowledge of sign manufacturing processes is a plus
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment
