Graphic Designer & Content Creator

About the Role:

Chameli Devi Group of Institutions (CDGI), one of Central India’s premier academic institutions, is looking for a creative and passionate Graphic Designer cum Content Creator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should have a strong sense of design, content aesthetics, and social media creativity to enhance the institution’s digital presence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design engaging creatives, brochures, posters, and digital assets for social media and marketing campaigns.
• Develop visually appealing and meaningful content aligned with the institution’s brand tone.
• Create and manage social media content calendars across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Collaborate with departments to conceptualize design ideas and promotional material.
• Edit and refine graphics, images, and videos for events, posts, and website updates.
• Be flexible to work on weekends (if required) during institutional events or urgent campaigns.

Required Skills & Tools:

• Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and other basic & advanced design tools.
• Strong understanding of social media content trends and digital marketing basics.
• Creative mindset with attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Design, Media, Marketing, or any relevant field.
• 1–2 years of relevant experience preferred (freshers with strong portfolios may also apply).
