Majama is building a global premium vegan dessert brand.

We create plant based products that feel indulgent, elevated, and culturally relevant. Not niche. Not alternative. Not “good for vegan.”

We are expanding across retail, foodservice, and international markets. Design is central to our brand equity.

We are hiring a Graphic Designer who understands that design is strategy.

The Role

You will own and evolve Majama’s visual identity across:

• Packaging for retail and export SKUs
• Campaign visuals
• In store branding
• Trade show presence
• Social and digital assets
• Website visuals
• New product launches
• Limited edition collaborations
• International market adaptations

This is not a content production role.

You will help build a visual system that scales globally.

You Might Be a Fit If You

• Have 3 or more years of professional design experience
• Have worked on FMCG or food brands
• Have packaging experience
• Think in systems rather than one off creatives
• Care about brand coherence
• Can translate strategy into visuals
• Take feedback without ego
• Move fast without compromising quality

Bonus if you:

• Have worked on premium brands
• Understand GCC and international markets
• Have art direction experience
• Can direct photography shoots
• Have motion or animation capability

What You Will Build

Over the next 12 to 24 months you will help:

• Refine Majama’s global packaging system
• Create export ready design standards
• Develop franchise ready brand kits
• Elevate our trade show presence
• Strengthen brand recognition across markets
• Support investor materials with high quality visuals
