Graphic Designer & Content Creator

This is an onsite position. Remote work is not available.

Are you a highly creative Graphic Designer with a strong eye for branding, layout, and visual storytelling? ODIN Works is looking for a talented in-house designer to create impactful visual content across packaging, advertising, digital media, social platforms, and print materials.

As a leading manufacturer of AR-15, AR-10, and AR-9 products and accessories, we’re seeking someone who thrives in a fast-paced creative environment and takes pride in producing polished, detail-oriented design work. This role is ideal for a designer who enjoys a wide variety of projects and wants to play an active role in shaping the visual identity of a growing brand.

Firearms industry experience is a plus, but not required. We’re willing to train the right creative professional who is eager to learn our products and industry.

What You’ll Do

  • Design high-quality graphics and visual assets for digital and print applications
  • Create packaging layouts, product labels, inserts, and other production-ready materials
  • Develop website graphics, promotional banners, social media visuals, and branded content
  • Produce and edit professional product photography and video content
  • Manage creative projects from concept and layout through final production
  • Design branded apparel, trade show displays, signage, and promotional materials
  • Maintain visual consistency across all branding, packaging, and creative assets
  • Collaborate with our creative team to develop visually engaging campaigns and product launches
  • Prepare print-ready files and work with vendors and printers to ensure accurate production
  • Assist with video editing, motion graphics, and multimedia content creation as needed

What You Bring

  • Strong graphic design skills with an eye for layout, typography, branding, and visual composition
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, including:
  • Photoshop
  • Illustrator
  • InDesign
  • Premiere Pro
  • After Effects
  • Lightroom
  • Experience creating artwork for both digital and print production
  • Understanding of packaging design, print specifications, and production-ready file setup
  • Photography, videography, and basic video editing experience preferred
  • Ability to maintain brand consistency across multiple projects and platforms
  • Experience working with printers, vendors, and production partners
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple creative projects and meet deadlines
  • Self-motivated, dependable, and able to work both independently and collaboratively
  • Comfortable working safely around firearms and firearm components

Portfolio or examples of previous design work required to apply.

Bonus Skills (Preferred, Not Required)

  • Interest in firearms, outdoor, or tactical industries
  • Experience with packaging design and product branding
  • Web, UI/UX, or e-commerce design experience
  • Motion graphics or advanced video editing skills
  • Experience creating content for social media platforms and digital advertising
  • Familiarity with print production processes and vendor coordination
  • Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS or web asset preparation
  • Product photography or studio lighting experience
  • Illustration or custom apparel design experience

Education & Experience

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Digital Media, or a related field preferred
  • 2+ years of professional graphic design or multimedia design experience preferred
  • Experience with packaging design, print production, or branded product design is a plus
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating design, layout, branding, and creative production work required

Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday (8-hour shifts)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
