About the Role

Outsource Origin is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer (Contract) who can consistently deliver high-quality visual content. The ideal candidate has a strong sense of design, color, and visual storytelling, and can transform ideas into impactful creatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Create 50+ creatives per month (reference creatives will be provided)
• Translate concepts and ideas into strong visual designs
• Apply creative thinking, color theory, and layout principles effectively
• Ensure consistency with brand identity across all designs
• Work closely with the team to understand requirements and deliver accordingly
• Maintain quality while meeting deadlines
• Design engaging visuals

Requirements

• Experience: 1–2 years in graphic design or a related field
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.)
• Strong understanding of design principles, color combinations, and typography
• Ability to think creatively and bring ideas to life visually
• Good time management and ability to handle bulk work efficiently
• Attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset
