Chadwick Creative – Hudson Valley / NYC / Remote

Chadwick Creative is a boutique creative agency that’s been helping brands grow for nearly 10 years. After building our roots in Brooklyn, we’ve recently relocated to New Paltz in the Hudson Valley and are entering an exciting new chapter. We work closely with e-commerce brands, automotive groups, and outdoor companies, creating everything from full brand identities to daily digital marketing assets and Shopify websites.

We’re looking for a Graphic Designer & Creative Associate who’s not only passionate about design, but also energized by business development and growth. This is a fully remote role (bonus if you’re in the Hudson Valley or NYC for the occasional in-person meet-up).

If you’re a self-starter who loves creating, thrives in a fast-moving environment, and wants to grow with a small team where your work directly impacts the company, this is the role for you.

What You’ll Do

• Design brand identities (logos, color palettes, typography).
• Create digital and print assets to support marketing, sales, and events.
• Design pitch decks, social and display ads, and email campaigns.
• Work on website design and management (Shopify & WordPress a big plus).
• Contribute to messaging and copy within creative assets.
• Manage multiple projects, client requests, and deadlines with consistency.
• Support business development: identify opportunities, help pitch new clients, and play a role in building long-term partnerships.

What We’re Looking For

• A strong design portfolio (branding, digital, and web work).
• 2+ years of graphic design experience (agency or client-facing preferred).
• Experience with web design and development (Shopify/WordPress a big plus).
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• A positive, entrepreneurial mindset and eagerness to grow with a small business.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator and Photoshop required; InDesign a plus).
• Bachelor’s degree in arts/design preferred — but we’re always open to motivated people who gained their education through experience. If that’s you, we definitely encourage you to apply.
