We’re looking for a talented Graphic Designer & Creative Content Specialist to join our real estate company and take full ownership of our visual identity across all platforms. The ideal candidate is creative, reliable, detail-oriented, and able to deliver clean, premium visuals that elevate our brand and support high-performance marketing campaigns.

Responsibilities

* Design high-impact Meta ad creatives (static, carousel, vertical videos).

* Produce multiple variations with a strong focus on conversions.

* Develop stop-scroll visuals optimized for Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.

* Update the website with new real-estate projects: banners, hero visuals, project sections, and galleries.

* Create clean, high-quality visuals for landing pages and property pages.

* Ensure all web assets maintain brand consistency, clarity, and performance best practices.

* Design visuals for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook: covers, posts, short videos, reels.

* Produce clean, structured content for new launches, market insights, and community posts.

* Keep the overall look consistent and aligned with our brand tone.

Requirements

* Minimum 2 years of experience in digital design for real estate 

* Strong portfolio showcasing premium visuals and social campaign creatives.

* Solid design skills using contemporary creative tools (Adobe, Figma, Canva, etc.).

* Experience with short-form video editing (basic reels/cuts/transitions).

* Understanding of Meta performance creatives and conversion-focused design.

* Ability to work fast, organize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

* Strong attention to detail and ability to create consistent brand visuals.

* Familiarity with website visual updates.
