Graphic Designer / Creative Specialist

Hello world. We need to hire an artsy human.

A creative human. A designer human. A kind human. And apparently, someone who overuses the word “human”.

We’re an ad agency who specializes in creating sharp-teeth, clearly-communicated, make-you-fall-in-love-with-our-company ad campaigns. And we’re looking for someone who can take all the words and ideas we come up with and turn them into an attention-grabbing works of art.

PLEASE NOTE:

We're looking for EITHER a part-time graphic designer who will solely be digging into graphic design projects... or a full-time graphic designer who ALSO helps with other company needs (anything from administrative tasks to creative writing/ideation to video production projects, etc.).

We’re looking for someone who:

• Has at least 3 years graphic design experience
• Is intermediate to proficient in the Adobe Creative Suite, specifically: InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Lightroom
• It’s not a requirement but a MAJOR bonus if you know how to put together a video and have experience in CapCut / Adobe Premiere / After Effects or other video editing apps or software.

If you think you would dig one of those fancy ad-agencies with big team camaraderie, gorgeous offices, ping pong at lunch and after-hour happy hours, then you’re gonna hate working here. (We feel ya. But that’s just not us.)

P48 is a marketing agency with a small, core team that is full-time – with a large bullpen of part-time and freelance team members. Our large bullpen of partners allow us to deliver solutions for anything our clients need. While our smaller core-team makeup allows us to charge a lot less than most full-service agencies who carry much larger full-time staffs.

While you won’t find a whirly-doo pink slide that takes you from the top floor to a bottom floor ball-pit… you will find:
