Graphic Designer / CSR / Production Specialist

Job Overview
We are seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing visually compelling designs for customers, so excellent customer service is a must. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse projects, including branding, digital art, apparel design, sign creation and promotional product design, utilizing a wide range of industry-standard tools and techniques. The successful applicant will demonstrate strong artistic skills, technical proficiency, an eye for detail, the skill to multi-task, and the ability to re-visit ideas with customers until they are 100% satisfied with your work and our employee owned company.

Skills

• Create compelling graphics using tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), and FlexiSign.
• Develop and maintain on-line client stores
• Design logos, layouts, and production designs that meet client specifications and brand standards.
• Manage color schemes and typography to ensure consistency across all visual assets while applying principles of color theory and color management.
• Produce high-quality digital art and illustrations through photo manipulation and digital design techniques.
• Design and print DTF artwork for apparel
• Set up and output screen printing film in Adobe Illustrator
• Work closely and courteously with all staff with excellent communication skills and the ability to present ideas clearly and work collaboratively within a team environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $18.00 per hour
