Graphic Designer (CTP)

Job Description:

· Operate Computer-to-Plate (CTP) systems to produce high-quality printing plates.

· Prepare and process digital files (PDF, TIFF, etc.) for accurate plate output.

· Ensure proper image alignment, resolution, and exposure settings.

· Perform regular maintenance and calibration of CTP equipment.

· Troubleshoot file, imaging, or plate-related issues quickly and efficiently.

· Coordinate with prepress and press teams to meet production timelines.

· Maintain cleanliness, safety, and quality standards in the CTP area.

Skills Required:

· Strong knowledge of prepress workflow and printing processes

· Familiarity with RIP software and imposition tools (e.g., Fujifilm, Heidelberg)

· Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities

· Basic computer literacy and file handling (PDF, TIFF, etc.)

· Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

Qualifications:

· High school diploma or equivalent (technical diploma in printing is a plus)

· 1–3 years of experience in a prepress or CTP-related role

· Knowledge of offset printing and plate-making processes
