Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and organized Graphic Designer cum Administrative Assistant to support both our design and office operations. The ideal candidate will manage daily administrative tasks while producing high-quality visual content for marketing, social media, and product branding.

Graphic Design Responsibilities

  • Prepare mock-up designs for products and packaging.
  • Create and design social media posts, ads, and digital creatives.
  • Assist with packaging designs, layout preparations, and print-ready files.
  • Develop presentations and marketing materials as needed.
  • Edit and retouch photos and product images for online and offline use.
  • Maintain brand consistency across all design outputs.

Administrative Responsibilities

  • Manage invoicing, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
  • Prepare Purchase Orders (POs) and coordinate with suppliers when required.
  • Process customer orders and ensure smooth workflow between departments.
  • Prepare, sort, and organize documents—both digital and physical.
  • Handle email communication, filing, and general office support tasks.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Canva, or similar tools.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to multitask and handle deadlines efficiently.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,500.00 per month
