graphic designer cum social media manager

We are looking for a creative and result-oriented Graphic Designer cum Social Media Manager to manage our brand’s visual identity and digital presence across social media platforms. The candidate should be skilled in graphic designing, content planning, and social media handling, with a good understanding of branding and marketing.

Key Responsibilities:Graphic Designing:

• Design creatives for:
• Social media posts & stories
• Ads (Meta / Instagram / Facebook)
• Banners, posters, flyers & presentations
• Maintain brand consistency in all designs
• Create visually engaging creatives for promotions, campaigns & offers
• Work on thumbnails, reels covers, and carousel posts

Social Media Management:

• Manage and grow social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Plan and schedule daily/weekly content calendars
• Write captions, hashtags, and basic ad copies
• Coordinate with marketing & compliance teams for content ideas
• Monitor comments, messages, and basic engagement
• Track performance and suggest improvements

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Qualification: Any graduate (Design / Media background preferred)
• Proficiency in:
• Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva (mandatory)
• Basic video editing tools (Premiere Pro / CapCut / After Effects – added advantage)
• Understanding of:
• Social media trends & algorithms
• Branding, marketing, and lead-generation creatives
• Basic knowledge of:
• Meta Ads creatives (not mandatory but preferred)
• Good communication and coordination skills

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Experience in agency / brand / startup environment
• Creative mindset with attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
• Comfortable working with marketing briefs and compliance-related content
• Portfolio or sample work is mandatory
