  • Proven experience in SEO (on-page + off-page + SMO).


  • Strong knowledge of ranking algorithms, Google updates, and SEO tools.


  • Ability to create SEO-friendly content briefs.


  • Experience in social media optimization and trend analysis.


  • Basic understanding of WordPress and website CMS.


  • Excellent communication and analytical skills.


  • Candidates with experience in the education/coaching sector will be preferred.


Role and Description:

We are hiring an experienced and result-oriented SEO Expert who will be responsible for improving Dhyeya IAS’s online visibility, search rankings, website traffic, and social media reach.
This role includes On-page SEO, Off-page SEO, Social Media SEO, and daily coordination with the content and marketing team.

Key Responsibilities

1. On-Page SEO

  • Perform detailed keyword research relevant to UPSC/UPPSC exam preparation.


  • Optimize website pages, blogs, course pages, and landing pages.


  • Improve site structure, internal linking, metadata, title tags, header tags, and image optimization.


  • Work closely with the website content team for SEO-optimized articles and pages.


  • Ensure website speed, mobile-friendliness, and technical SEO hygiene.


2. Off-Page SEO

  • Build high-quality backlinks, directory submissions, and educational forums outreach.


  • Manage citations, PR submissions, and digital authority-building activities.


  • Monitor and improve domain authority (DA), page authority (PA), and spam score.


  • Develop strong SEO strategies to outrank competitors in education & coaching sector.


3. Social Media SEO

  • Assist in daily social media posting—Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, Telegram.


  • Ensure every post follows SEO practices such as keyword-rich captions, hashtags, and content relevance.


  • Work with designers and video editors to publish search-friendly creative content.


  • Track post performance and improve reach organically.


4. Analytics & Reporting

  • Track website performance through Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, etc.


  • Identify ranking opportunities and create weekly progress reports.


  • Provide actionable insights to improve website visibility and lead generation.


5. Cross-Team Collaboration

  • Work with marketing, website development, and content teams.


  • Support the academic team in optimizing test-series pages, demo class updates, new courses, and announcements.


Maintain brand reputation and ensure all platforms follow SEO best practices.
