Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience (2+ years) as a Graphic Designer and Video Editor, preferably in the e-commerce or digital marketing domain.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects).
- Hands-on experience with AI-based design and video tools (Midjourney, Runway, Pika, etc.).
- Strong understanding of e-commerce visual communication — product presentation, lifestyle creatives, and ad design.
- Basic knowledge of motion graphics and animation.
- Creativity, attention to detail, and strong sense of visual storytelling.
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design high-quality banners, social media creatives, and product images for e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, etc.).
- Edit and produce engaging promotional and product videos optimized for online marketing campaigns.
- Utilize AI-based design and video tools (e.g., Midjourney, Runway ML, Pika Labs, Adobe Firefly, Leonardo AI, etc.) to enhance creative production.
- Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to develop visually consistent brand communication.
- Create A/B variations for ads and campaigns to test design performance.
- Stay updated on AI trends, tools, and design innovations to continuously improve creative quality and productivity.
- Manage multiple design projects, meeting quality standards and deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in D2C / e-commerce brands or performance marketing agencies.
- Understanding of marketing funnels, ad design psychology, and conversion-focused creative strategies.
- Knowledge of 3D design or AI animation tools will be an added advantage.
