Graphic Designer / Customer Service Associate

Job Overview:
Ink Spot Media is seeking a dependable and creative Graphic Designer / Customer Service Associate to join our team! This role combines graphic design expertise with front-facing customer service responsibilities in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, team-focused, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Responsibilities

  • Create custom designs, graphics, and logos based on customer needs
  • Assist customers in-store with order pick ups and general inquiries
  • Take and process customer orders accurately in the system
  • Provide quotes and communicate pricing to customers
  • Receive and process payments
  • Answer incoming phone calls
  • Order and manage inventory/supplies as needed
  • Collaborate with team members to meet deadlines and maintain workflow
  • Prepare orders by placing shirts in bags with printed work orders
  • Receive finished products and notify clients for pickup, providing payment instructions
  • Assist with mail and shirt production tasks during slower front-office period

Qualifications

  • At least 1 year of graphic design experience
  • Experience with design software, including: Affinity (e.g., Affinity Designer/Photo), Corel, Adobe Creative Suite, and Adobe Illustrator
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Dependable and team-oriented
  • Experience with Shopify
  • Experience with Printavo
  • Flexible and willing to assist with production tasks as needed
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn , Strong Initiative, and Professionalism
  • Strong computer literacy including data entry
  • Demonstrated ability to manage time efficiently while multitasking in a fast-paced setting.
  • Comfortable interacting with customers in person and over the phone

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
