Graphic Designer / Customer Service Representative

We are a growing custom sign company looking for a motivated, detail-oriented team member who is interested in learning multiple areas of the business. This role combines customer service, graphic design (mainly for creating mock ups in Illustrator), sales, and light production work. What You’ll Do

• Answer customer inquiries by email, phone, and chat
• Help customers choose products and guide them through the ordering process
• Prepare and edit artwork files in Adobe Illustrator
• Create mockups
• Learn how to operate printers and other production equipment
• Assist with quality control, packaging, and general shop organization
• Learn different areas of sign production over time

Requirements

• Experience with Adobe Illustrator (required)
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Organized and detail-oriented
• Quick learner with a positive attitude
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to multitask and solve problems independently
• Reliable and responsible
• Be comfortable lifting 30-50 lbs printing rolls

Preferred (But Not Required)

• Graphic design experience
• Experience in signs, printing, vinyl, or production
• Interest in learning machines and production processes
