About The Role

We are seeking a Senior Graphic Designer to create high-performing digital campaigns and ad creatives. You’ll be responsible for producing visuals that grab attention in competitive feeds, resonate with audiences, and deliver tangible business results.

What You’ll Do

• Develop ad creatives for social media, display, retargeting, and performance channels.
• Translate campaign strategies into visually striking and conversion-focused designs.
• Collaborate with performance marketers to A/B test and iterate quickly.
• Adapt designs to multiple platforms, formats, and audience segments.
• Ensure a balance between creativity and performance-driven design.
  
  

What We’re Looking For

• 5–7 years of experience in designing for digital marketing campaigns.
• A portfolio with examples of high-performing ad creatives.
• Expertise in Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects (for motion assets).
• Strong understanding of campaign KPIs and creative testing.
• Ability to work quickly under tight campaign deadlines.
