Graphic Designer & Digital Marketing Executive

Job Summary:

As a graphic designer at VSL Marine Technology, your role includes creating elements for the project. This may be of a technical nature and hence developing a sound understanding of the various technical components used is required. You must have experience with Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator and After Effects and willing to learn new tools/software as the project requires.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and grow the company’s LinkedIn presence with regular, relevant, and impactful content.
• Design engaging graphics and infographics for social media, with an understanding of technical subject matter.
• Work collaboratively with operations, product, and technical teams to ensure design consistency and fulfil project requirements.
• Develop creative concepts for LinkedIn, Instagram, web layouts, and digital media and maintain our social media presence.
• Create posting calendars, schedule content, track and improve metrics related to reach, impressions.
• Support digital marketing strategy, website content and write effective social media captions.
• Execute and monitor Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Google Ads campaigns.
• Manage and optimize campaigns on various platforms, including Google Analytics, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
• Contribute digital marketing initiatives as needed.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree.
• 1-3 years of experience in graphic designing or related field.
• Graphic Designing.
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects.
• Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Willingness to understand technical project elements to design relevant creatives.
• Prior experience in managing corporate LinkedIn account is a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
