Graphic Designer – Digital Marketing & Lead Generation

Responsibilities

• Design engaging digital creatives for marketing campaigns across platforms (social media, Google Ads, landing pages, emailers, etc.)
• Develop visually appealing designs that drive lead generation and conversions
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to create conversion-focused campaigns
• Create banners, brochures, presentations, and ad creatives aligned with brand guidelines
• Optimize creatives based on campaign performance and audience engagement
• Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and digital marketing strategies
• Ensure consistency in branding across all marketing materials

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong, active portfolio
• Demonstrated success in designing creatives that generate leads and improve conversions
• Experience in real estate or other high-value (big-ticket) industries is highly preferred
• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Canva, or similar
• Knowledge of UI/UX principles and digital marketing creatives is an advantage
• Familiarity with latest design technologies, AI tools, and creative automation platforms
• Strong understanding of color theory, typography, and layout design
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
