Job Summary:
We are seeking a versatile and detail-oriented professional to join our team as a Graphic Designer & DTF Printing Machine Operator. The role combines creativity with technical expertise, supporting both the design of custom uniforms and the operation of our DTF printing production line.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design uniform mock-ups and create custom artwork based on client requirements.
• Prepare and edit artwork files for DTF printing, embroidery, and screen-printing.
• Operate, monitor, and maintain DTF printing machines and related equipment.
• Perform precise heat-press applications and ensure consistent quality.
• Collaborate with sales and production teams to deliver projects on time.
• Create marketing materials including brochures, catalogs, and social media graphics.
• Troubleshoot printing errors, perform routine machine maintenance, and ensure smooth workflow.

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, CorelDRAW (or similar tools).
• Previous experience in DTF printing operations or other garment printing methods preferred.
• Strong eye for design, color, and typography.
• Technical skills for machine handling, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
