• Design and produce a wide variety of digital and print materials including advertisements, social media graphics, presentations, packaging, and promotional materials.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and development teams to ensure brand consistency and visual quality across all channels.
• Develop layouts and design concepts that meet project objectives and deadlines.
• Revise designs based on feedback and ensure final graphics meet brand standards.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
• Stay updated with design trends, tools, and best practices
• Manage day-to-day operations of the e-commerce website(s) and online marketplaces (e.g. Shopify ).
• Upload and maintain accurate product listings, images, descriptions, pricing, and inventory levels.
• Analyze sales performance, traffic, and conversion rates using tools like Google Analytics and generate actionable insights.
• Coordinate promotions, sales campaigns, and seasonal product launches.
• Ensure a seamless and user-friendly customer journey from browsing to checkout.
• Monitor customer feedback and manage reviews, returns, and inquiries.
• Identify trends and opportunities for improving product visibility and online performance.
