Job Title: Graphic Designer – E-commerce Brand

About the Role

We’re looking for a creative, detail-oriented graphic designer to shape the visual identity of a fast-growing cosmetics, food, and lifestyle e-commerce brand.

The ideal candidate has a refined aesthetic sense, a deep understanding of visual storytelling, and the ability to create designs that drive conversion while maintaining brand elegance.

You’ll collaborate with marketing, content, and product teams to bring campaigns to life across digital, e-commerce, and social platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Brand & Creative Design

  • Develop visually cohesive brand assets—digital banners, product packaging, mailers, lookbooks, and landing pages.
  • Translate brand guidelines into elegant, premium visual expressions across all channels.
  • Design product visuals, lifestyle imagery, and campaign graphics that reflect aspirational luxury and emotional storytelling.
  • Collaborate with photographers, stylists, and content writers to ensure visual synergy across campaigns.

E-commerce & Performance Design

  • Create Amazon A+ content, Flipkart listings, product detail pages, and carousel banners optimized for conversions.
  • Design engaging ads for Meta, Google, and YouTube—balancing brand tone with performance impact.
  • Develop rich-media creatives, infographics, and packaging mockups that enhance product appeal and trust.
  • Understand marketplace layout, hero image best practices, and visual hierarchy to maximize CTR.

Social & Campaign Creatives

  • Design high-impact creatives for Instagram, YouTube, Pinterest, and email campaigns.
  • Work closely with influencer and marketing teams to adapt designs into trend-aligned, scroll-stopping content.
  • Ideate seasonal and festive campaign visuals that feel global yet rooted in the brand’s aesthetic.

Process & Collaboration

  • Maintain consistency in design language across all touchpoints.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions for upcoming launches and product lines.
  • Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines without compromising on quality.
  • Stay updated with design, beauty, and e-commerce visual trends to keep the brand ahead of the curve.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, visual communication, fine arts, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in designing for D2C or e-commerce brands (cosmetics, lifestyle, fashion, or FMCG preferred).
  • Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Premiere/After Effects is a plus).
  • Understanding of visual merchandising for marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, and quick commerce platforms).
  • Knowledge of UI/UX design basics and responsive digital layouts.
  • Strong sense of typography, color, and composition aligned with luxury aesthetic.
  • Eye for photography direction and product styling (bonus).

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
