Graphic Designer (E-Commerce & Marketing Creative)

About the Role

We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate should have strong design fundamentals and hands-on experience in creating website banners, ad creatives, social media posts, catalogues, and marketing collateral.
The primary responsibility will be producing high-quality e-commerce website banners and performance-driven ad creatives for platforms like Meta, Google, and Amazon.

Key Responsibilities1. E-Commerce Banners (Primary Focus)

  • Design high-conversion banners for our D2C website (mahaakitchenware.com) and landing pages.
  • Create homepage hero banners, category banners, sale/event banners, and product highlight sections.
  • Ensure designs follow brand guidelines, optimal file sizes, responsiveness, and e-commerce UI standards.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to implement A/B testing and improve banner CTR & conversions.

2. Ad Creatives (Primary Focus)

  • Develop performance-driven creatives for Meta Ads, Google Display, Amazon ads, and campaign promotions.
  • Create scroll-stopping static ads, carousel graphics, thumbnail images, and promotional posters.
  • Optimise creatives for KPIs such as CTR, conversions, ROAS, and engagement.
  • Adapt creatives for multiple sizes/formats (1:1, 9:16, 16:9, etc.).

3. Social Media & Digital Content

  • Design social media posts (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn), reels thumbnails, story assets, and campaign grids.
  • Maintain visual consistency across platforms using brand color codes, typography, and design language.
  • Support influencer, sales, and internal teams with visual materials.

4. Print & Marketing Collateral

  • Create catalogues, posters, product brochures, packaging mockups, dealer flyers, and event standee designs.
  • Ensure proper print-ready formatting, bleed margins, color accuracy, and export quality.

5. Brand Consistency & Creative Innovation

  • Follow Mahaa Kitchenware’s visual identity, colour palette, and branding guidelines.
  • Contribute fresh ideas for campaigns, product launches, festive sales, and content themes.
  • Maintain an organised repository of design files and version tracking.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in graphic design (experience in e-commerce preferred).
  • Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Canva.
  • Experience in creating website banners, social media creatives, and ad creatives is mandatory.
  • Understanding of e-commerce UI/UX, design hierarchy, and visual storytelling.
  • Knowledge of typography, layout design, colour theory, and composition.
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines and deliver high-quality creatives consistently.
  • Familiarity with Amazon, Shopify, and social media standards (preferred, not mandatory).
