About the Role
We are seeking a highly creative and independent
Graphic Designer & Editor (Creative Lead level)
to join our growing team. This role is central to shaping and communicating the visual identity of our
Three Layer Hospitality
portfolio brands. You will be responsible for creating engaging and impactful static and video content that reflects our brand ethos and elevates the customer experience.
The position requires someone who thrives in a dynamic, cross-cultural environment based in Dubai.
Key Responsibilities
Content Creation & Editing

Design high-quality static creatives including social media posts, brand collaterals, menus, brochures, and digital assets.

Edit and produce engaging video content for social media, campaigns, and brand storytelling (no shooting required).
Branding & Design Development

Develop branding materials (logos, guidelines, templates) and ensure visual consistency across all brand touchpoints.

Translate brand strategy into compelling creative concepts and visual executions.
Collaboration & Leadership

Work closely with the Dubai-based team to align on creative direction and campaign needs.

Operate with high independence, managing creative projects from concept to final delivery.

Provide input on creative strategy, ensuring innovation and excellence in all deliverables.
Innovation & Optimization

Explore and experiment with
AI-driven creative tools
to enhance content creation and improve workflows.

Stay ahead of design, video editing, and hospitality branding trends to bring fresh ideas to the table.
Required Skills & Qualifications

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
(Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, InDesign).

Strong portfolio showcasing
video editing and static design
across digital and print.

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, while collaborating effectively with cross-border teams.

Excellent eye for detail, aesthetics, and design balance.
Preferred (Nice-to-Have)

Experience in
Food & Beverage (F&B) or Hospitality
branding and content creation.

Familiarity with
AI tools
for design and video content optimization.

Knowledge of motion graphics and simple animation for social media.

Strong understanding of marketing-driven design (campaigns, promotions, engagement).
