Job Purpose:

The Graphic Designer is responsible for developing visually engaging designs that support the organization’s communication objectives and brand identity. The role involves conceptualizing and producing designs for campaigns, social media, publications, events, and other digital and print materials. The ideal candidate will have a strong sense of visual storytelling, a deep understanding of design trends, and the ability to translate complex ideas into compelling visuals aligned with the organization’s strategic goals.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Design & Execution: Create high-quality designs, layouts, and illustrations for print and digital platforms including social media, websites, reports, and presentations.
  • Brand Consistency: Ensure all visuals comply with brand guidelines, maintaining a unified and professional look across all materials.
  • Creative Conceptualization: Collaborate with content creators, editors, and marketing teams to develop visual concepts that enhance storytelling and campaign effectiveness.
  • Digital Media Design: Design social media assets, motion graphics, infographics, and short animated visuals for online campaigns.
  • Event Collateral: Design visual materials for internal and external events such as banners, roll-ups, brochures, and invitations.
  • Project Management: Manage multiple design requests simultaneously, prioritize deadlines, and ensure timely delivery with attention to detail.
  • Trend Awareness: Stay updated on emerging design tools, styles, and technologies to continuously elevate visual quality and creativity.


Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field.
  • 5–8 years of professional experience in graphic design, preferably within a media, PR, or government entity.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro).
  • Experience with motion graphics, animation, or video editing is an advantage.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating creativity, technical proficiency, and brand alignment.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to interpret creative briefs effectively.
