Graphic Designer & Event Coordinator (Marketing Manager)

Job Description

High Stakes Harley-Davidson is looking for a creative, organized, and highly motivated Graphic Designer & Event Coordinator to join our marketing team. This role functions as the dealership’s Marketing Manager, leading the charge on dealership events, local marketing initiatives, in-house creative design, and social media presence.

This position also plays an important role in maintaining our online showroom by helping photograph motorcycles and ensuring inventory listings are updated on our website.

Responsibilities

  • Design eye-catching marketing materials including flyers, digital ads, social graphics, in-store signage, and branded collateral that align with Harley-Davidson brand guidelines.
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute dealership events including bike nights, open houses, charity rides, vendor markets, holiday events, and test ride promotions.
  • Work closely with the Marketing Director and General Manager to brainstorm event concepts, seasonal campaigns, and creative strategy for the High Stakes location.
  • Manage event logistics including vendor communication, setup/breakdown, supplies, timelines, budgets, and community partnerships.
  • Capture and edit photos and videos during events and in-store for use across social media, digital marketing, and email campaigns.
  • Photograph new and pre-owned motorcycles and assist with uploading and maintaining accurate inventory listings on the dealership website.
  • Maintain a consistent social media posting schedule and help manage High Stakes Harley-Davidson’s online presence.
  • Build and maintain a monthly content calendar for promotions, events, and marketing campaigns.
  • Track event performance, social engagement, and marketing effectiveness, providing recap reports and insights.
  • Support Sales, Service, and Parts & Apparel departments with marketing materials, signage, and promotional needs.

Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of experience in marketing, graphic design, event coordination, or digital content creation preferred.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Canva required.
  • Experience with photography and basic photo editing preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and project-management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, comfortable working with staff, vendors, and customers.
  • Willingness to work weekends for dealership events.
  • Passion for motorcycles or Harley-Davidson culture is a plus (not required).

Pay: $45,000.00 per year
