Graphic Designer (Experienced)

Location: Karachi — On-site
Compensation: PKR 60,000 – 80,000 / month (based on experience)

Role Summary

Go Dekho Pakistan is hiring a skilled Graphic Designer with a sharp eye for detail and the ability to deliver fast, high-quality creative across brand, marketing, and social media. You’ll work closely with marketing and content teams to produce scroll-stopping visuals that are consistent with our brand and optimised for each platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Design high-impact assets for social media, ads, brand campaigns, web, and print.
• Translate briefs/storyboards into clean, on-brand visual concepts and final deliverables.
• Produce and adapt creatives for multiple formats (feed, stories, reels, banners, print).
• Maintain and evolve IXD’s visual identity across all touchpoints.
• Manage end-to-end production: layout, illustration, export specs, QA, and versioning.
• Prioritise multiple deadlines with fast turnarounds while maintaining quality.
• Stay current on design trends, proposing fresh ideas that improve performance.
• Collaborate with marketing, social, and product teams to ensure message–visual alignment.

Required Skills & Experience

• 2+ years of professional graphic design experience (agency or in-house).
• Strong portfolio demonstrating branding, social ads, typography, and layout.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects basic+), Figma, and Canva.
• Solid understanding of colour theory, typography, hierarchy, composition, and export best practices.
• Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams; excellent communication and time management.
• Bonus (nice to have): basic motion graphics/video editing for short social formats.

Tools You’ll Use

Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, (basic+) After Effects, Figma, Canva, and standard asset management/workflow tools.

Performance Indicators (KPIs)

• On-time delivery rate and creative quality.
• Consistency with brand guidelines.
• Engagement/lift on campaign creatives (CTR, saves, shares).
• Internal stakeholder satisfaction/feedback.
