Graphic Designer (FM / Architectural Context)

Role Purpose

The Graphic Designer (FM / Architectural Context) supports facilities management operations through technical visual communication .

The role focuses on operational reporting, layouts, dashboards, zoning visuals, and executive presentations , ensuring complex technical information is communicated clearly and professionally.

This is not a marketing or creative advertising role .


Key Responsibilities

Visual & Technical Reporting

  • Develop visual layouts for operational reports, dashboards, and performance summaries.
  • Convert technical data into clear charts, infographics, and visual formats.
  • Support management reporting with high-quality visual outputs.

Architectural & Spatial Support

  • Prepare zoning maps, service coverage diagrams, and layout visuals.
  • Support FM teams with drawings and visual representations of operational areas.
  • Assist in visual documentation of assets, zones, and service interfaces.

Presentations & Executive Support

  • Prepare executive-level presentations for senior management and stakeholders.
  • Ensure clarity, consistency, and professional visual standards.
  • Align visual materials with project identity and documentation standards.

Coordination & Standards

  • Work closely with engineering, FM, and reporting teams.
  • Ensure consistency across all visual materials.
  • Maintain organized visual libraries and templates.


Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Architectural Engineering, or a related discipline .
  • 15–20 years of experience in architectural or technical design support roles.
  • Strong experience in preparing professional reports and technical presentations.
  • Proficiency in design and presentation tools (e.g. AutoCAD, Adobe Suite, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to interpret drawings and technical information accurately.
