Graphic Designer for Education Based Company

Bragnam Learning Private Limited, a leading provider of preschool franchise opportunities, is seeking a talented Graphics Designer to join our creative team. As a Graphics Designer, you will play a pivotal role in crafting visually stunning designs for our clients' preschools, including banners, boards, flexes, and more. Additionally, you will be responsible for creating engaging weekly curriculums and worksheets for preschools, ensuring that our educational materials are both visually appealing and effective.

Responsibilities:

• Utilize your expertise in CorelDRAW, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and other design software to produce high-quality designs for various marketing materials, including banners, boards, flexes, etc.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to understand client requirements and develop design concepts that align with their brand identity and messaging.
• Create engaging and interactive animations to enhance educational content and captivate young learners.
• Utilize video editing skills to produce promotional videos and multimedia content for digital marketing campaigns.
• Develop weekly curriculums and worksheets for preschools, incorporating educational concepts and themes from provided books and resources.
• Ensure all designs and educational materials meet quality standards and are delivered within established deadlines.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously enhance the quality and creativity of our designs.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Graphics Designer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and creativity. Freshers with relevant coursework or internships are encouraged to apply.
• Proficiency in design software such as CorelDRAW, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and video editing tools.
• Experience in animation and multimedia content creation is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• A passion for education and creativity, with a keen understanding of child psychology and learning principles.
