Job Title: Graphic Designer & Animator

Role Overview

We are looking for a highly creative Graphic Designer & Animator to join our production team for a Marathi reality show. The ideal candidate must be passionate about entertainment, fast-paced editing environments, and visually appealing storytelling. You’ll be responsible for creating daily episode graphics, promos, countdown assets, social media creatives, and motion animations aligned with the show’s visual identity.

Key Responsibilities

Graphic Design

• Create high-impact visual assets for episodes, promos, social posts, and marketing campaigns.
• Design leaderboards, contestant graphics, lower thirds, announcement templates, and voting screens.
• Develop branding elements that maintain consistency across all platforms (TV + digital).
• Collaborate with the creative, editing, and promo teams for daily deliverables.

Animation / Motion Graphics

• Produce engaging motion graphics for intros, transitions, eliminations, task reveals, and bumper animations.
• Animate text, characters, and elements to enhance storytelling in episodes.
• Create cinematic reveal graphics for contestants, tasks, and weekly twists.
• Ensure all animated content follows the show’s design style and timeline requirements.

Technical Skills

• Proficient in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator.
• Knowledge of Cinema 4D, Blender, or 3D animation is a plus.
• Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and visual composition.
• Ability to work with tight deadlines and daily deliverables for broadcast.

Creative Skills

• Strong sense of storytelling through visuals and animation.
• Ability to translate concepts into engaging design outputs.
• Familiarity with reality TV aesthetics and dynamic motion graphics.
• Eye for detail and fresh creative thinking suited for mass entertainment shows.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,511.31 per month
