Role Summary:Supports the design team by producing high-quality visual content for various marketing and branding initiatives, learning from senior designers, and ensuring all assets adhere to brand guidelines and project specifications. Key Responsibilities:
- Design Creation: Develop graphics, layouts, and assets for social media, websites, emails, presentations, brochures, and digital ads.
- Collaboration: Work with senior designers, marketers, and content teams to understand project needs and receive feedback.
- Asset Production: Prepare and format artwork for print and digital use, including editing images, adjusting typography, and ensuring consistency.
- Brand Adherence: Apply and maintain brand guidelines, color palettes, and typography across all materials.
- Concept Development: Assist in brainstorming and pitching creative ideas and concepts.
- Project Management: Manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Trend Awareness: Stay updated on current design trends and best practices.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Experience: 0-3 years of relevant experience; internship experience often valued.
- Software Proficiency: Strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design/editing tools.
- Design Fundamentals: Solid understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and composition.
- Soft Skills: Excellent time management, communication, problem-solving, and teamwork abilities.
- Portfolio: A strong portfolio demonstrating creativity and technical skill is essential.
