Role Description
We’re looking for a creative, detail-oriented Graphic Designer who understands branding, storytelling, and digital performance design.
You’ll create high-quality visual assets for Meta Ads, social media, website banners, packaging, and marketing materials that reflect our premium identity and help drive conversions.
Key Responsibilities

Design and develop Meta, TikTok, and Snap ad creatives (static, carousel, GIF, short video).

Create visually consistent branding across all channels (social, email, website, Amazon, packaging).

Work closely with the marketing and growth teams to translate campaign ideas into effective visuals.

Ensure all creatives follow PECTIV’s premium feminine identity and visual tone.

Support the creation of product packaging, brochures, and event materials.

Contribute to creative strategy and ad concepts (hook, message, design direction).

Maintain and organize the brand asset library.
Qualifications

3–4 years of experience in graphic design portfolio with Meta Ads and brand identity work.

Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, or CapCut.

Experience designing for both performance (ads) and branding (visual identity).

Understanding of marketing funnels and what makes visuals convert.

Video editing skills for short-form content are a strong plus.

Bilingual (English/Arabic) design capability is a plus.

Must be creative, punctual, and able to manage multiple design projects simultaneously.
