Graphic Designer & Growth Marketing Specialist

We are looking for a creative and results-driven Graphic Designer & Growth Marketing Specialist to help strengthen our brand image and expand our digital visibility. This role combines creative design with marketing growth , making it ideal for someone who can both produce strong visual content and use it to increase awareness, reach, and engagement.


The ideal candidate can create high-quality branded designs, turn business activity into compelling marketing content, and contribute to growing our digital footprint across key platforms.


Key Responsibilities

  • Design creative visual content for Instagram, Facebook, Snapchat, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms
  • Create branded graphics for promotions, announcements, campaigns, advertisements, and company updates
  • Develop engaging post creatives, story designs, banners, and marketing materials
  • Maintain consistency in brand identity across all visual assets
  • Plan and execute creative marketing ideas that improve visibility, awareness, and engagement
  • Support efforts to grow the company’s digital presence and strengthen brand recognition
  • Capture and organize content opportunities from shipments, products, operations, and behind-the-scenes activity for marketing use
  • Edit and enhance images for digital campaigns and social media use
  • Work closely with internal teams to turn business activity into effective visual and promotional content
  • Monitor digital content performance and recommend creative improvements that can increase reach and audience engagement
  • Stay updated on design trends, social media trends, and growth opportunities relevant to the business


Requirements

  • Proven experience in graphic design, digital marketing, social media marketing, or a related role
  • Strong portfolio showing social media designs, branding work, and digital marketing creatives
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Canva, or similar
  • Strong eye for layout, typography, color, and brand presentation
  • Good understanding of how digital content supports visibility, engagement, and growth
  • Ability to create attractive, clear, and professional visual communication
  • Good communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
  • Creative mindset with attention to detail and a strong sense of branding


Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience creating content for social media and digital campaigns
  • Basic photography and photo editing skills
  • Basic video editing or motion graphics skills is a plus
  • Experience in community engagement or audience growth is a plus
  • Experience in commercial, logistics, shipping, or product-based businesses is an advantage
