We’re growing fast and looking for a Graphic Designer to join our in-house team at our headquarters in Stillwater, MN. This is a full-time, on-site position. We’re looking for someone dependable who thrives in a collaborative environment and is eager to work side by side with a growing, thriving team.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the design team to create graphics for vinyl wraps and decals that meet client specifications.
- Develop mockups, renderings, and design concepts for client review and approval.
- Use industry-standard software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), to produce professional-grade designs.
- Revise designs based on client and internal feedback while adhering to established branding guidelines.
- Ensure all files are print-ready, properly formatted, and meet production standards.
- Assist in general office and team-related tasks as needed, contributing to smooth workflows.
- Support marketing initiatives by creating assets for social media, website updates, and email campaigns.
- Stay updated on design trends and adapt to new techniques to continually enhance creative output.
Qualifications
- 2–4 years of professional graphic design experience; familiarity with vehicle wraps or large-format printing is a plus.
- Strong portfolio showcasing diverse design work and creative projects.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
- Excellent attention to detail, with the ability to ensure designs meet quality standards.
- Strong organizational and time management skills to juggle multiple projects efficiently.
- A proactive, self-motivated attitude and a willingness to learn and adapt.
- Ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively in a team setting.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and trends; experience in creating content or managing social media accounts is a plus.
- Ability to commute to Oak Park Heights/Stillwater area daily.
