  • Collaborate closely with the marketing and development teams to ensure design consistency

and technical feasibility across all platforms.

  • Proactively research and integrate the latest graphic design trends, techniques, and

technologies into your work.

  • Take ownership of projects from concept to completion, ensuring all deliverables are of the

highest quality and meet brand guidelines.

  • Optimize graphics and web pages for maximum speed, scalability, and user experience.
  • Prepare and hand off design assets for developers and other team members.

Must-Haves:

  • 3 to 5 years of professional experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing

your digital work.

  • Proficiency in HTML is essential. You must be comfortable writing and editing HTML to build

and style email templates, web pages, and other digital assets.

  • Mastery of the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and/or Figma.
  • A demonstrable understanding of current UI/UX principles, responsive design, and web

standards.

  • A keen eye for typography, color theory, layout, and composition.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to give and receive constructive feedback.

Nice-to-Haves (Bonus Points For):

  • Basic knowledge of CSS (especially for styling HTML emails).
  • Familiarity with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Klaviyo, HubSpot).
  • Experience with motion graphics or basic animation (After Effects, Lottie).
