Graphic Designer (Hybrid)

About the Role: The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing high-quality visual materials that align with our brand identity and marketing objectives across multiple channels.

Key Responsibilities:

● Design engaging and brand-consistent visuals for social media platforms.

● Develop creative layouts and templates for email marketing campaigns.

● Create visually appealing presentations for internal and external use.

● Perform photo retouching and enhancement for property images.

● Design brochures, marketing materials, and other print collateral.

● Produce Out-of-Home (OOH) designs, including billboards and digital signage.

Requirements:

● Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably in real estate, technology, or related industries.

● Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign ).

● Strong understanding of typography, layout design, and color theory.

● Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.

● Attention to detail and ability to maintain brand consistency across all visual outputs.
