Graphic Designer & Illustrator (Vector/Line Art Specialist)

We are looking for a designer/illustrator to create clean, vector-style artwork and technical line drawings for our penny press machines, medallions, and related products. This role supplements our full-time lead designer and focuses heavily on production tasks: converting approved Photoshop designs into scalable vector artwork, preparing cabinet artwork for print, and producing precise line drawings from photos.

Full Job Description

As a creative design partner, you will support our lead designer by producing clear, consistent, and professional artwork for our machine panels, medallion coins, and promotional materials. Once a design is completed and approved by the client, you will convert it from Photoshop into clean vector format, build accurate print-ready cabinet layouts, and complete detailed vector tracings used for coin and machine engravings.

Deliverables may include:

Editable vector artwork (AI, EPS, SVG)

High-resolution PNGs with transparent backgrounds

Print-ready PDFs (brochures, manuals, and signage)

Line drawings traced from photos for conversion into engravings

Ideal Candidate

Strong background in illustration and technical drawing

Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign

Skilled in vector/line art and photo-to-line conversions

Experience preparing artwork for print, engraving, and digital use

Detail-oriented and able to ensure clarity and consistency in designs
