Position Summary

We’re hiring a full-time Graphic Designer to support packaging/label updates and e-commerce graphics. You’ll work directly with our Senior Graphic Designer, using Adobe Creative Suite (especially Photoshop) on a Mac. This role also includes hands-on support with label printing and occasional troubleshooting to keep production moving smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

Packaging & Label Support

• Label updates: Make updates to labels as needed for formula changes, scent descriptions, or other approved edits.
• Prepare print-ready files and maintain clean file organization/version control.

E-Commerce Graphics

• Create and update product listing graphics for Social Ads, Social Media and our Product Listings to support ongoing marketplace growth.

Weekly Inventory & Accuracy Checks

• Label inventory checks: Count label inventory once per week, fill out a paper log, and turn it in to the Senior Graphic Designer.
• Barcode checks: Double-check that existing barcodes are correct and being used properly.
• If a new barcode is needed, loop in leadership for approval rather than creating it independently (barcode/SKU creation stays limited to a small group for consistency).

Printer Support

• Help troubleshoot label printing issues and adjust printer settings when needed.

Requirements (Must-Haves)

• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (required).
• Strong working knowledge of Photoshop (used regularly).
• Comfortable working on a Mac.
• Detail-oriented with a high standard for accuracy (especially for labels and barcodes).
• Positive attitude and collaborative, team-first approach.
• Able to follow established brand standards and take feedback well.

Nice-to-Haves (Not Required)

• Copywriting experience.
• Degree in design or communications.
• Animation/motion background.
• Photo-editing, re-touching experience
• E-commerce marketplace design experience.
