Graphic Designer – In-House (Full-Time)

Job Description:
We are looking for a creative In-House Graphic Designer who can design high-quality visuals for social media, websites, and ads. The ideal candidate should also have basic video editing skills to support short video content (reels, shorts, simple edits) for social platforms.

This is a full-time, office-based role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design social media posts, ad creatives, banners, and website graphics
• Create branding materials (logos, banners, thumbnails, simple brochures)
• Perform basic video editing for short-form content (reels, shorts, simple cuts, captions)
• Collaborate with marketing and content teams to produce engaging visuals
• Maintain brand consistency across all designs
• Revise designs based on feedback

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer (portfolio required)
• Strong command of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva (Figma is a plus)
• Basic video editing skills (Premiere Pro, CapCut, After Effects basics)
• Understanding of digital design for social media & ads
• Creative mindset with attention to detail
• Ability to work in-house, full-time

Salary:
PKR 25,000 – 35,000 per month (based on skills & experience)
