We are looking for a Graphic Designer to work in our New Jersey location.

Department: Art Department

Reporting Structure: Reports to Creative Director

OBJECTIVE:

The Graphic Designer is responsible for setting up and sending out digital mockups along with setting up accompanying artwork for production.

A successful incumbent would possess the ability to quickly learn, enjoy a challenge, works well in a team environment, and can manage ever-changing tasks. This position will occasionally demand overtime to meet client needs.

TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Main responsibility - creating mockups for clients based off needs to help sell our items.

· Assist in interpreting & creating U.S. & China paper proofs to send/update clients for approvals.

· Managing art files and preparing for production on Templates

· Managing art files for silkscreen – knowledge of splitting screens a plus

· Review, manage, and save art files for ongoing and incoming projects.

· Troubleshoot art files.

· Open to helping out other members of the team and their responsibilities during their downtime.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

· Bachelor’s Degree in Art; specializing in Fine Arts, Visual Communication or Digital Media Preferred: Graphic Design.

· Minimum of 3-5 years of designing, developing concepts, and producing web and print graphics experience.

· Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Adobe CC suite (specifically Illustrator and Photoshop), including polishing and retouching, color recalibrating mockups and converting image to JPEGs.

ADDITIONAL SKILLS:

· Proficient in Adobe Suite (Mainly Photoshop and Illustrator)

· Excellent communication skills, including verbal and written.

· High-level customer experience focus and mindset.

· Excellent problem-solving skills.

· Ability to multi-task, prioritize work and manage deadlines.

· Strong organizational skills.

· Attention to detail.

· Self-motivated team player with patience and enjoys a fast-paced environment.

· Spanish speaking a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year (Based off experience)

· Mon - Friday 9:00am-5:30pm

Experience:

· Graphic Design: 1-3 years +(Preferred)

· Adobe Illustrator: 1-3 years+ (Preferred)
