The Graphic Designer is responsible for creating visually compelling designs that communicate brand messages effectively across digital and print platforms. This role involves collaborating with marketing, product, and creative teams to develop concepts, execute design solutions, and ensure brand consistency.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop creative concepts and produce high-quality visual assets for digital ads, social media, websites, email campaigns, and print materials.
- Create and refine brand visuals including logos, color palettes, typography, and style guides.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project objectives, target audiences, and design requirements.
- Prepare final artwork files for production and ensure accuracy and quality across formats.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, design tools, and best practices.
- Ensure all designs align with brand identity and business goals.
- Receive and implement feedback to revise concepts and design deliverables.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or related role.
- Strong portfolio showcasing creative and technical design skills.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign); familiarity with Figma or other design tools is a plus.
- Understanding of layout, color theory, typography, and design principles.
- Ability to take direction, collaborate effectively, and communicate design decisions.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Basic knowledge of print production and digital asset requirements.
