Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the design team to create visual content for marketing materials, social media, and websites.
  • Assist with the production of digital assets such as banners, ads, and social media graphics.
  • Support the development of branded materials including logos, brochures, and presentations.
  • Work on multiple projects simultaneously and deliver high-quality designs within deadlines.
  • Participate in team meetings and brainstorming sessions to contribute ideas and concepts.
  • Collaborate and support marketing, business development, and other teams as required.
  • Serves on Committees and Teams as requested by management.
  • Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Canva, or other layout tools.
  • Knowledge of WordPress and basic video editing through Premier Pro is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and creativity.
  • Excellent time management skills\Ability to take constructive feedback and implement changes.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing design projects and concepts.
  • Excellent writing, communication, organizational, and multi-tasking skills required.
  • Valid North Carolina driver’s license.
