We are seeking a talented and visionary Graphic Designer to join our creative team. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of visual storytelling, branding consistency, and design psychology. This role requires both creative flair and technical proficiency, ensuring every visual element reflects our brand’s identity and communicates our message effectively.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conceptualise and create engaging visuals for digital and print platforms, including social media posts, advertisements, website graphics, packaging, and marketing materials.
  • Design and develop brand identities, style guides, and creative assets ensuring brand consistency across all media.
  • Create visual assets such as banners, social media posts, icons, and illustrations
  • Support in developing and maintaining design systems and style guides
  • Collaborate with developers to ensure design feasibility and consistency
  • Conduct basic user research and usability testing
  • Revise designs based on feedback from stakeholders
  • Ensure brand consistency across all design materials
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, content, and digital teams to translate campaign objectives into visually compelling designs.
  • Create mockups, wireframes, and prototypes for campaigns, websites, and digital experiences.
  • Edit and enhance images, videos, and other multimedia content.
  • Maintain awareness of industry trends, tools, and best practices to continually bring fresh, innovative design ideas to the table.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting tight deadlines without compromising quality.
  • Present creative concepts and rationale to the management team or clients confidently.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 3+ years of professional experience in graphic design (agency or corporate setting preferred).
  • A strong, diverse portfolio demonstrating creativity, technical skill, and strategic thinking.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro) and familiarity with Figma, Canva, or CorelDRAW.
  • Understanding of typography, color theory, composition, layout design and visual hierarchy.
  • Experience with motion graphics, video editing, and UI/UX design is highly desirable.
  • Knowledge of branding principles, social media content design, and digital marketing assets.
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to take constructive feedback and turn it into actionable design improvements
  • Familiarity with design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop, or Illustrator
