Internship Overview

We are hiring a Graphic Designer Intern to work on designs for social media, branding, and video content. This role focuses on creating static designs and video-ready design elements such as text layouts, image redesigns, and layouts that can be animated in edits.

This is a hands-on, production-focused internship, not a learning-only role.

Work Mode Details

• Hybrid model (on-site + remote)
• Mandatory on-site presence on assigned days
• Remote work allowed only after understanding workflows
• Discipline and availability during working hours are mandatory

Key Responsibilities

• Design text layouts and typography styles for videos
• Create image redesigns and visual assets for video edits
• Design layouts and frames that can be animated
• Create social media creatives (posts, stories, banners)
• Maintain visual consistency across brands
• Resize and adapt designs for multiple formats (Reels, Shorts, YouTube)
• Implement feedback and revisions on time
• Maintain organized, editor-friendly design files

Required Skills (Mandatory)

• Working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator
• Strong understanding of layout, typography, spacing, and color
• Ability to design with motion/animation in mind
• Comfort working in a hybrid setup
• Portfolio or sample work (mandatory; video-related designs preferred)

Good to Have

• Basic knowledge of After Effects (titles, lower thirds)
• Understanding of video aspect ratios and safe zones
• Familiarity with digital and social media design trends
• Canva knowledge (support tool only, not primary)
