Graphic Designer & Inventory Manager

We are looking for a versatile professional who can handle both creative and operational responsibilities. This role combines graphic design with inventory and courier management. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working on design projects while also managing day-to-day operations related to stock, billing, and order dispatch.

Key Responsibilities

Graphic Design

Create marketing materials, product labels, social media creatives, and other visual assets

Work with design software (Photoshop, Illustrator, CorelDRAW, etc.) to deliver high-quality graphics.

Ensure brand consistency across all designs.

Inventory & Courier Management

Maintain accurate stock records and update inventory levels.

Coordinate courier pickups, manage dispatch schedules, and track shipments.

Communicate with courier partners for timely deliveries.

Billing & Documentation

Generate and manage invoices using Align software (or similar billing software).

Maintain records of orders, payments, and stock movement.

Support finance team with billing-related queries.

General Support

Assist in coordinating between design, operations, and sales teams.

Ensure smooth workflow between creative and operational tasks.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Proven experience in graphic design (portfolio required).

Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite/CorelDRAW or equivalent design tools.

Familiarity with inventory management and courier tracking.

Experience with billing software (preferably Align software).

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Good communication and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Prior experience in a role that combines creative and operational work.

Basic knowledge of e-commerce or retail operations.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Pay: ₹10,523.65 - ₹34,485.43 per month
