We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Junior Graphic Designer to join our growing telecommunications company during an exciting period of brand evolution.
This entry-level role is ideal for a motivated designer who wants to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment while supporting marketing initiatives across digital, web, and print platforms.
The Junior Graphic Designer will collaborate closely with the Marketing team to develop engaging materials that strengthen our brand, elevate our customer experience, and connect the communities we serve.
Key Responsibilities
The Junior Graphic Designer will:
Digital & Web Design
- Support the creation and maintenance of website graphics, landing pages, and digital user experiences, ensuring responsive, user-friendly designs.
- Design web banners, email templates, and other online assets that align with brand standards and marketing objectives.
Marketing & Print Design
- Create compelling visual assets for a variety of channels, including social media, email campaigns, presentations, advertisements, and internal communications.
- Assist in the design and layout of print materials such as flyers, posters, direct mail, and brochures.
Brand Stewardship
- Work with the Marketing Manager to ensure brand consistency across all materials and platforms.
- Organize and maintain design files, templates, and brand assets for easy access and team use.
Production & Editing
- Edit and resize graphics, photos, and videos to meet specifications for various platforms and formats.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Web Design, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
- 2+ years of professional design experience (internship or freelance experience accepted).
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign; After Effects a plus).
- Familiarity with digital marketing platforms and preparing files for print production.
- Basic knowledge of typography, color theory, layout principles, and responsive web design.
Professional Skills:
- Strong attention to detail, time management, and organizational abilities.
- Ability to work independently and thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced team environment.
- Excellent communication skills and openness to feedback.
Preferred Skills
- Experience designing within web-based platforms such as Canva, Figma, or Adobe XD.
- Basic understanding of HTML/CSS or experience working with CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress).
- Basic video editing skills for social media and digital campaigns.
- Knowledge of UI/UX design principles and best practices.
- Interest in telecommunications, technology, or broadband services.
