Graphic Designer - Junior

Looking for a full-time junior graphic designer to join our agency. You will play a crucial role in developing designs across various digital and print platforms.

Candidate must be based in Mumbai Metropolitan Region ONLY.

Responsibilities:

• Create visually appealing designs that align with clients' brand identity and effectively communicate their messages.
• Develop design concepts, graphics, and layouts using various tools and software.
• Produce design assets for digital platforms, including websites, social media, email campaigns, and digital advertisements.
• Create print materials such as brochures, flyers, business cards, standees, hoardings and promotional materials.
• Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines and maintain consistency across different channels.
• Assist in video content creation.
• Collaborate with copywriters, marketing teams, and other professionals to bring creative concepts to life.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in graphic design.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet project deadlines.
• Provide creative input and contribute to brainstorming sessions and design discussions.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Ai Design tools (CharGPT, Gemini, etc.) and other relevant software.
• Solid understanding of design principles, typography, colour theory, and layout composition.
• Must have a good sense of aesthetics.
• Excellent collaboration skills.
• Attention to detail and the ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Time management skills and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Knowledge of current design trends and emerging technologies in graphic design.
• This is a remote job. Candidate should have access to a laptop and a stable Internet connection.
• Minimum 6 months experience preferred but not mandatory.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,500.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
