Summary
Tony’s Tacos is looking for a passionate and creative Junior Graphic Designer to join

our growing marketing team. This role is perfect for someone fresh out of college or with 1–3 years of experience who is excited to build bold, high-impact visuals for a fast-growing fast-food brand.

You will help bring the Tony’s Tacos brand to life across digital, print, in-store, and social platforms. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, eager to learn, comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, and ready to grow creatively within a collaborative team.

This is an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in brand building, restaurant marketing, packaging, and social content creation.

Essential Responsibilities

• Assist in creating graphics for social media, email marketing, website updates, and promotional campaigns
• Design in-store signage, menu boards, packaging elements, and limited-time offer materials
• Support new store openings with branded marketing materials
• Prepare production-ready files for print and digital use
• Adapt existing brand assets into fresh layouts and executions
• Collaborate with marketing team on campaign concepts and visual storytelling
• Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints
• Organize and maintain digital asset libraries

• Assist with content creation including basic photo editing and short-form visual assets

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design or related field (or equivalent experience) • 1–3 years of design experience (internships count!)
• Strong portfolio demonstrating layout, typography, and branding skills
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)

• Basic understanding of social media content formats • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow
