The Role

As a Junior Graphic Designer, you will be instrumental in shaping the visual language of our diverse client roster. You will collaborate closely with our Creative Director and account teams to translate strategic visions into compelling marketing materials that elevate our clients' brands across every platform.

What You’ll Do

Conceptualize & Create
Generate unique, high-impact design concepts and transform them into polished visual assets for various marketing initiatives.

Collaborate
Work within a spirited team environment to refine ideas and meet client objectives.

Execute
Handle a diverse mix of daily projects including brochures, advertisements, signage, promotional items, and social media assets.

Maintain Consistency
Strictly adhere to brand guidelines to ensure a cohesive voice and visual identity across all deliverables.

What We’re Looking For

Experience
Proven track record in graphic design. Experience with video editing is a bonus.

Technical Mastery
Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign is required.

Design Instincts
A solid command of visual communication and layout, with a keen eye for how to make advertisements and promotional items stand out. You should have a strong sense of how to use imagery and text to drive action while staying on top of design trends and social media.

Reliability
The ability to work methodically, manage your time effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Innovation
A desire to stay ahead of design trends and social media, constantly bringing fresh ideas to the table.
